老也。从老省，旨聲。渠脂切
说文解字注
（耆）老也。曲禮。六十曰耆。許不言者、許以耆爲七十已上之通偁也。鄭注䠶義云。耆耊皆老也。古多假借爲嗜字。又按士喪禮。士虞禮魚進鬐注。鬐、脊也。古文鬐爲耆。許書髟部無鬐字。依古文禮。故不錄今文禮之字也。徐鉉沾附。未識此意。許於禮經古文今文之字依一則廢一。从老省。旨聲。渠脂切。十五部。
